We are based in the UK, but our love knows no bounds. Our wings spread all the way to Africa and other places, too. Currently, we're busy lending a hand to four orphanages in Ivory Coast.

We believe with all our hearts that every child deserves a shot at a great childhood. That means having a roof over their head, someone to care for them, food on their plate, and clothes on their back. Plus, they should have the chance to learn and stay healthy and happy.
We believe that every child has the power to achieve amazing things when they're given the opportunity and time to learn and grow – and we try to provide them with as much of an opportunity as we can.
Donate NowInstead of starting from scratch, we found it more practical to team up with the people who are already doing the work. We're talking about orphanage directors and groups working hard to help street children. These are people who are already taking care of children, even with limited resources, and our job is to give them a boost so they can maximize their reach and quality of care.
The first step is selecting four orphanages in a country. Then, we sit down and chat with the directors to really get what they need and what they're aiming for. We share these talks on our social media pages, and finally, we organize an award ceremony where the public and judges decide which orphanage takes home the AS Charity Award. All four orphanages involve win different prizes. There is no looser.
This is also a way of creating exposure for these orphanages with the hope that they get support from other people and organisations from across the globe.

I'm Djouk Dago-Lohore, a mother of three and the driving force behind Abraham's Seed Charity. When I was 19 and living in France, a great friend and I made a pact. We decided to help out kids who didn't have it easy, especially in Africa. My friend wanted to bring in medical help as she was studying medicine, and I pledged to give out clothes, toys, shoes, and the like.
A decade later, things got tough. I lost my dad and then, just months later, my mom, too. It hit hard, and I felt like my story was over. I was 29, with a husband and two incredible boys, but there was this emptiness that just wouldn't quit.
And then, it hit me. If I was struggling this much with losing my parents, what about kids out there who didn't have anyone? Kids in Africa where there is little support or child protection. I grew up there, so I can relate to how challenging things can get. It wasn't until I felt this emptiness myself that I truly got it—the struggles of these kids without parents to lean on.
So, I started Abraham's Seed Charity.
You don't have to wait to understand these kids' pain in order to lend a hand. Whether you chip in some cash, give your time, or give a donation, you're making a difference. You're painting a brighter picture for these kids who deserve a shot at a better life.
Thanks for having our back and, more importantly, theirs.
